Hi, I’m Linda

I believe that every person has the capacity to shape their life in meaningful and fulfilling ways. Whether through healing from past experiences, understanding ourselves more deeply, or taking purposeful steps toward change, we all have the potential to create lives that feel authentic and aligned.

As a qualified Positive Psychology Practitioner, Counsellor and Strengths Coach, I bring together these disciplines to support clients through both personal growth and emotional wellbeing. This integrated approach allows me to meet you exactly where you are — whether you need a safe space to explore difficult emotions, support in navigating challenges, or motivation and clarity to move forward.

My work is mostly grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Appreciative Inquiry, and Positive Psychology, as well as always being underpinned be person-centred counselling principles. These perspectives all share a belief in human potential, strength, and resilience. I am passionate about helping my clients reconnect with their strengths, feel more empowered, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Every client is unique, which is why each session is tailored to your needs — whether that’s therapeutic exploration, practical coaching strategies, strength-based work, or a blend of all three.

I offer personalised, integrative support designed to help you feel understood, grounded, and empowered. Whether you’re seeking a safe space to explore difficult emotions, wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, or looking for clear direction and motivation moving forward, I tailor each session to your individual needs.


My approach blends therapeutic insight with strengths-based and solution-focused techniques, helping you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Workshops, Training & Professional Development

Alongside 1:1 sessions, I also design and deliver workshops and training for organisations, practitioners, and professionals.


These sessions draw on Positive Psychology, Strengths-Based approaches, and wellbeing science to support staff development, enhance workplace wellbeing, and build strengths-focused cultures.
Workshops can be tailored to your team’s needs and often include topics such as resilience, motivation, strengths awareness, positive communication, and improving wellbeing in the workplace.
