My Story
A Lifelong Curiosity About People and What Helps Us Grow
My fascination with human behaviour began early in life. Born in Iceland and later moving to the UK and Jersey, I grew up observing how people’s emotions, relationships, and life experiences shape who they become. This curiosity grew into a lifelong dedication to helping people understand themselves and feel supported in their wellbeing.
Across my career, I have worked with children, young people, and adults — including individuals facing mental health challenges. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many different ways people struggle, grow, and heal.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity into my work, and I aim to create a compassionate, collaborative space for every client.
